What song is this, playing in car commercial?

I know this question is not very detailed, but during SNL this week I remember seeing a commercial for a car...I forget what car, but there were shoes falling, and a really good song was playing. I remember some of the lyrics included 'surprise' repeated but thats really all I remember...does anyone know what song this is? Sorry this is a really bad way to ask but I can't describe anymore. Thanks!
