Project on doing a Secondary 2 Geography Brochure!!?

Hi,I am secondary 2 boy living in Singapore.I was told by my teachers to do a brochure on Geography.I have done about half already now I am looking on information on the measures that have been put in place to minimise the effects of flood in Mekong and also the effectiveness of the measures used.Any help will be appreciated.Thanks and No Rude Answers!
