What do you think of my summerise of the novel I created? Sorry it's long :)?

Do a little intro of the characters first, maybe? I'm just confused, because u say then so and so comes, then he/she does this, but we have no idea who they are. And maybe add a little love, where one character starts to fall for another. Like one of the guys might start to like ruby, so he risks his life to help her, and he gets in worse condition then her, when they p out?
