Does she like me or is she playing with me?

About 6 months ago I met a girl and we hit it off so I got her number and later she sent me a facebook invite and well we didn't see each other much after that but we talked on facebook and text messaged constantly however after a couple months she started ignoring my texts and IMs a while later we run into each other again and talk for a couple minutes and then she texts me a lot for a while but then stops again for the most part however now we talk occasionally again and she always shows interest in hanging out but of course she doesn't reply half the time unless its something serious and she says her phone gets no reception at home.. which is I suppose believable since she has AT&T and lives in the middle of nowhere none of this seems very serious but for a long time we talked constantly and she started to like me a fair bit I believe and she doesn't make much attempt anymore to talk so I have two theories one is that it it something hopeful such as she just likes talking to me in person more or some such thing however I also think its possible that she just doesn't have the guts to be rude to someone in person or that she just saw, I am 16 and she is 15 if age matters. What is your guys input on this and what should I do? I will see her a lot more in about a week so that's a chance to talk mostly in person however I also know there are moody and very fickle girls our age whom care nothing for anyone so I do not want to be hurt farther as I rather like her.
