Gee I always wish for the full chart, as house positions can count. There are some compatibility signatures with the two charts, especially sun, moon, and mercury. Yet, the venus, mars, may create blockage for a full bloom relationship. This would be a good union of friendship, and or mentorship, but lovers there are some real lacking energy. You did not note the part of fortune, or the vertex/antivertex. The paran points are in square of each other, and I do not see any conjunctions, which can be markers for a relationship. Since the asc are in opposition, which could lead to the discovery of you are not truly of like mind. Sadly, you did not note which chart is female vs male. But chart 'A' would be competitive, like to do things, and be active, whereas chart 'B' would prefer to hang out, or play games on the computer.
