understood what I mean. O.K. Suppose during election only 70% of eligible people vote. It means already 30% are against the present setup. Nowout of 70% who voted 40% voted for the opposition and 60% in favour of the ruling party.U will say ruling party got the majority and form the Govt. Now dont u understand out of total eligible voters 30+40 = 70% is against the Govt. and it will be a minority Govt. voted by only 30% in favour. of the present setup. Suppose the population is 100 and 30 didi not vote. out of balance 70, 60% i.e 42 voted in favour and balance 28 against so out of 100people 58 % are against the present set up and only 42% infavour. i.e its a minority Govt. If at all the 30% who didi not vote wld hv voted if they were pleased with present system. they r nuetral. they dont care for anything like u.Now u got my point. i.e what i say it is minority govt. in all democratic set up. and in dictatorship/communiists theyb force people to vote for them understand?
