Buffer Recipe Question?

I am running myself in circles with some simple buffer calculations and need a outside opinion. What is the amount (grams of each) of sodium phosphate (dibasic) 7-hydrate and sodium phosphate (monobasic) 1-hydrate needed to make 1000mL of 10mM phosphate buffer at pH6.5? Please show calculations. Thanks.
