What should I get my Gma for Xmas?

I've lived with my grandma for a year and a half now, and we're reeeaalllly close. I want to get her something really special this year, especially since I won't be home for Christmas (going to Idaho to see Daddy). I'm thinking about having a bouquet of her favorite flowers delivered to the front door on Christmas eve... but I want to give her something else too. Maybe I'll get it in Idaho- no T-shirts though...
