Tell me how to improve my pokemon team?

I don't really know about the Staraptor because it seems like they can get knocked out very easily. I'd try something like Spirittomb (not exacty spirittomb) you know a pokemon that doesn't have a main weakness, but overall I like it. Oh and if you go to my profile you can e-mail me so just in case you get wifi we can set up a battle.
