OK, so i snuck out last night?

i snuck out last night to meet this guy i've never met before, we're bolth 13...and hes the ugliest person i have ever seen in my life!! [no, i aint kidding] and he thinks im "gorgeously beautiful" and said my lips looked "delicious" [ewww] and so he kept moving closer to me, so dramatically, and it was so annoying. and he wrapped his arms around me and head on my shoulder....and after 10 mins, i said "im gonna go" and i walked off but he said "MONICA WAIT!!" and he did the arm waist thing and was gonna kiss me but i said "NO!!" and he said "why?" and i walked off but he still likes me and is annoying me by texting...how to tell him off?
