My dog has a fit/seizure for the first time. Should I be concerned?

She is 4 years old and did this immediately after hearing the hoover and initially going into a panic. She then had a full fit which lasted about 1-2 mins. She has been spooked by the hoover in the past but in recent times she has been ok with it. She seems ok now and appears to have recovered. I will now avoid hoovering when she is in the house but should I be concerned about any underlying causes for the fit?
