Looking to start a flooring company...?

You can start an LLC for a one time payment of $49 bucks online or you can get an attourney. LLC is not necessary but it sure is smart. In layman's terms it makes it so if someone sues you, they can only sue you for the money that's in the LLC (its like a business bank account) but they can never take away your personal ets or your home, for example. I would start your own business if I were you. There is no money in working for someone else these days. I recommend talking to an accountant and a lawyer to teach you what you'll need to know. Remember to start keeping receipts and mileage books because they are tax write offs and if your business soars believe me you'll need them!
