Good 8-9 hour crock pot recipes?

Im a college student and twice a week im in cl from 9 in the morning to 630 at night. does anyone have any good crock pot recipes that take at least 8 hours? my boyfriend isn't a huge fan of chicken in the crock pot because he thinks it is too dry.. any recipes would be great! thanks!!!
