Do you think black opaque tights would go with a short blackdress?

black is clic an mostly goes with anything. If you are worried about it just kind of becoming one shade throw in some accents to go with the shoes. Add a bag, clutch, some sort of pretty flower pin, a scarf, etc. Or maybe to break up the black get a waist cincher or belt to wear in a complimenting color, like the purple shoes. It will give you some personal flair and keep the dress from blending in with the tights :)
